Description
WZ-III three effect multifunction evaporator consists of single, double and triple effect heating chamber and evaporation chamber, drop pan and cooler. The whole equipment is made up of high quality stainless steels.

Application
Triple effect evaporator is applied to concentrate traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, starch and chemical liquid. This three effect multifunction evaporator is especially suited to low temperature vacuum concentration of thermo-sensitive materials. Users are welcomed to choose the series of concentrator according to the material process characteristics.

Structure and Performance
1.The interior of heating chamber is tubular. It features double insulation. Single effect heating chamber is equipped with steam pressure gauge and safety valve to ensure safety in production.
2.All single, double and triple effect evaporation chambers of three effect multifunction evaporator are double layer. So they are heat insulation and heat preservation. The front of evaporation chamber of this triple effect evaporator is equipped with sight glass, which allows the operator to see the situation inside it. The top entry is designed to make it easy for cleaning the inner part of machine. Besides, vacuum gauge and temperature gauge are also included in the evaporation chamber so as to observe the vacuum degree and liquid temperature.
3.Drop pan is located in the lower part of three effect multifunction evaporator. The residual stream and condensate water are separated by steam separator. The stream enters into triple evaporation chamber via the upper pipe or is pumped into the cooler. The condensate water runs to the substrate and discharges regularly.
4.Cooler is double-tube which discharges condensate water regularly.

Working Principle of Three Effect Multifunction Evaporator
1.Primary steam enters the single effect heating chamber to heat the liquid material. At the same time, under the effect of vacuum condition, liquid material is injected to the evaporation chamber. Then it returns to the heating chamber and is heated again. After that the liquid material is injected to the evaporation machine. Thus it forms a circulation.
2.After the liquid material enters the evaporation room, it becomes vaporific and the water is evaporated immediately.
3.The second steam enters the double effect evaporation chamber to heat the double effect liquid material and it forms the third circulation.
4.The steam evaporated from the triple effect evaporation chamber enters the cooling machine to become condensate water. Then it runs to the drop pan and is drained in the 1/2 of sight glass.
5.The feeding liquid is continuously evaporated and the concentration of the liquid is improved until it reaches the required percentage. Then it is injected to the main pipe for the factory or to the cooling tower.
