Introduction
Stainless steel reactor is also called reactor kettle. It is featured with fast heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, advanced technology, stable quality, stable transmission, reasonable price and convenient operation. It is healthy and environmentally friendly. It can automatically heat with no need of boiler. FYG stainless steel reactor composes of pot body, pot cover, stirrer, jacket, support, transmission and shaft seal device. The texture and trepanning of this reactor kettle can be customized according to customers’ technological requirements.

Application
FYG stainless steel reactor is widely used for hydrolysis, neutralization, aggregation, crystallization, distillation, evaporation and other production processes in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, cosmetics, biological engineering, scientific research and other industries.

Principle of Stainless Steel Reactor Kettle
1. Stainless Steel Electrical Heating Reactor
The heating principle is that use electrical bar to heat the conduction oil in the jacket, make the temperature of conduction oil up to the needed temperature, and then use temperature control instrument to control the electrical bar to make it have outage and constant temperature.
2. Stainless Steel Steam Heating Reactor
The heating principle of this stainless steel reactor is that fill boiler steam into the reactor kettle, transmit the steam heat to the kettle to make materials in the reactor absorb heat and react, steam heats the reactor using steam as the heat source for heat exchange. There are three heat transfer methods including jacket heat exchange, coil pipe heat exchange and half-pipe coil heat exchange.

2. The working pressure of interlayer is equal to or less than 0.09 Mpa. We can custom according to customers’ requirements.
