FTS Rotary Sifting Machine

Introduction
FTS rotary screener is a king of granule classifying screen to sieve solid. It can be used as configured equipment in powder line. Application of FTS Rotary Screener
Rotary sifter is applied in pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, food and other industries. It is the most ideal sieving equipment in the new generation. Rotary sifting machine can be used to sieve materials that is of much fiber, big viscosity, high humidity, static electricity and easy to caking.

Performance of FTS Rotary Sifter
Rotary screener adopts drum sieve mesh structure. The materials that are sieved inside the drum are constantly updated and propelled. Fine materials will fall down into the sieve while coarse materials will move forward and then go out from the coarse material outlet.

Working Principle
1. Rotary sifter is made up of motor, machine base, machine shell, feeding and discharging propelling unit, screen cylinder and coupling device.
2. While working, materials enter the rotary screw or threaded rod through the feeding inlet at the top of the shell of rotary screener. Materials are then sent to the screen drum. Driven by revolving rubbing board, they generate motion to rush at sieving mesh, making materials smaller than sieve mesh holes go into the shell through screen cylinder and become finished products with needed fineness. Then they will be discharged.
3. The rubbing board of rotary sifter has a certain revolving angle. It can discharge the unscreened materials though the outlet and thus reach high working efficiency.
