Service Process:
1.Pre-sale service
We set up the files, get in touch with customers and introduce our technology and equipment. We also understand customers’ needs, recommend corresponding equipment and improve technical parameter.
2.In-sale service
We provide users with related drawings and technical data, coordinate equipment installation and inform the production speed and quality to users.
3.After-sale service

    • We will send serviceman to guide the installation. They will be in charge of debugging until delivery.
    • We will be responsible for operation training and maintenance skill training.
    • We will supply excellent spare parts with favorable price.
    • We will provide one-year warranty for our equipment, during which we can offer free maintenance due to equipment damage caused by the device itself quality. If the fault caused by improper operation, we will collect the cost of production. In addition, we implement 48 hours service and maintenance, that is, we must reply the users after receiving the user’s information within the first 24 hours. If the problem cannot be solved in the phone, we will come to the scene to solve the problem in the next 24 hours.
